Federal Acquisition Regulation: Equal Employment and Affirmative Action for Veterans and Individuals With Disabilities

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are releasing an interim rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) with new policies on equal employment opportunities and affirmative action for military veterans and individuals with disabilities, as mandated by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs at the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
