DOD, GSA, and NASA Propose Amendment to Federal Acquisition Regulation to Expand Reporting of Nonconforming Items

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are extending the comment period for the proposed amendment to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to September 10, 2014, to allow more time for stakeholders to review the changes related to FAR Case 2013-002.
