Submission for OMB Review: Preventing Personal Conflicts of Interest for Contractor Employees Performing Acquisition Functions

The Regulatory Secretariat Division is requesting OMB review to extend a currently approved information collection requirement related to preventing personal conflicts of interest for contractor employees involved in acquisition functions, as outlined in the proposed rule FAR case 2013-022, published in the Federal Register on April 2, 2014.
