DOD, GSA, and NASA Propose FAR Amendment to Clarify Justification for Noncompetitive Contracts Exceeding One Year

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to clarify the justification requirements for noncompetitive contracts awarded due to exceptional circumstances, exceeding one year, either at the time of award or through post-award modifications.
