2013 Special 301 Out-of-Cycle Review of Spain: Request for Public Comments

The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) is conducting an Out-of-Cycle Review (OCR) for Spain to monitor progress on intellectual property rights, and is seeking public comments on whether Spain should be identified under Section 182 of the Trade Act of 1974. The review is based on the 2013 Special 301 Report, available at www.ustr.gov.
