Updated Membership Criteria for the Trade and Environment Policy Advisory Committee

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has updated the membership eligibility criteria for the Trade and Environment Policy Advisory Committee (TEPAC), allowing federally-registered lobbyists to serve in a representative capacity, as clarified in OMB's recent policy. The change aligns with the Revised Guidance on the Appointment of Lobbyists to Federal Advisory Committees, Boards and Commissions, published on August 13, 2014.
