Effective Date of Amendments for the Netherlands with Respect to Aruba in U.S. Government Procurement

The U.S. Government has set the effective date of the Protocol Amending the Agreement on Government Procurement, done at Geneva on 30 March 2012, World Trade Organization (WTO), for the Netherlands with respect to Aruba as October 31, 2014, in accordance with Title III of the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
