US Commission Installs Five-Year Review of Chinese Small Diameter Graphite Electrodes

The US Commission has initiated a review to determine if revoking antidumping duties on Chinese small diameter graphite electrodes would lead to continued material injury, and requests interested parties to submit information by February 3, 2014.
