U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Aker Biomarine Settlement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a decision to close an investigation into Aker Biomarine AS, Aker Biomarine Antarctic AS, and Aker Biomarine Antarctic USA, Inc. following a settlement agreement.
