U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Certain Wireless Devices for Patent Infringement

Certain Wireless Devices, Including Mobile Phones and Tablets II Institution of Investigation Pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 1337: A complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on December 18, 2013, alleging that Pragmatus Mobile, LLC is being infringed upon by the importation and sale of certain wireless devices, including mobile phones and tablets, due to U.S. Patent No. 8,149,124 and U.S. Patent No. 8,466,795. The complainant is seeking an investigation and limited exclusion orders to cease and desist the infringement.
