Commission Remands Investigation on Certain 3G Mobile Handsets and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to send the investigation back to the Chief Administrative Law Judge for a new decision on certain issues related to patent infringement, affirmative defense, and public interest, following a court ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
