Certain Lithium Silicate Materials and Products Containing the Same; Institution of Investigation Pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 1337

Ivoclar Vivadent AG, Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc., and Ivoclar Vivadent Manufacturing Inc. have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain lithium silicate materials and products infringe on U.S. Patents No. 8,047,021 and No. 8,444,756. The complainants are seeking an investigation and limited exclusion orders to stop the importation and sale of these products in the U.S.
