U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Shandong Hengyu Science & Technology Co., Ltd. Investigation Termination

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination terminating an investigation into Shandong Hengyu Science & Technology Co., Ltd. after a settlement agreement, following several respondents being found in default during the investigation.
