US International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Tariff Act by Multiple Companies, Issues Remedial Orders

The US International Trade Commission has determined that six companies, including IPtronics A/S and Mellanox Technologies, have violated Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 by infringing on certain optoelectronic devices for fiber optic communications. The Commission has issued remedial orders and terminated the investigation.
