Commission Submits Proposal for OMB Review of Information Collection

The Commission has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a 3-year extension of its 'generic clearance' to collect information on import injury investigations, including antidumping and countervailing duty cases, in response to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
