US IT Commission Declines Investigation into Chinese Diamond Sawblades and Parts

The US International Trade Commission has declined to investigate a request from China regarding diamond sawblades and parts, citing that it is already conducting a full review of the same order. The decision was made under section 751(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930.
