Ferrovanadium From China and South Africa; Scheduling of Full Five-Year Reviews

The US International Trade Commission is scheduling full reviews to determine if revoking antidumping duties on ferrovanadium from China and South Africa would lead to continued material injury, and has extended the review period by up to 90 days.
