US International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Macronix International Co., Ltd. and Macronix America, Inc. for Patent Infringement

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has initiated an investigation into Macronix International Co., Ltd. and Macronix America, Inc. following a complaint filed on June 27, 2014, alleging patent infringement by the companies for importing and selling devices containing non-volatile memory and products containing the same, in violation of U.S. Patent Nos. 5,998,826, 6,031,757, 8,341,324, and 8,341,330.
