U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Windshield Wiper Devices and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has granted a joint motion to terminate an investigation into Certain Windshield Wiper Devices and Components, following a settlement agreement, and has also decided to stay the investigation pending resolution of the termination motion.
