U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Part of Final Determination in Tariff Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review in part a final initial determination issued by an administrative law judge, which found a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in a trade investigation involving Certain Crawler Cranes and Components Thereof.
