U.S. Commission Schedules Final Phase of Sugar Import Investigation from Mexico

The U.S. International Trade Commission has scheduled the final phase of an investigation into whether subsidized sugar imports from Mexico are harming the U.S. sugar industry, as required by the Tariff Act of 1930.
