U.S. International Trade Commission Issues Final Determination in Sleep-Disordered Breathing Treatment Systems Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has found a violation of section 337 and issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders, prohibiting the importation of infringing sleep-disordered breathing treatment systems and components, and directing domestic respondents to cease production and sales.
