USPTO Invites Public Comment on Proposed Paperwork Reduction Act Information Collections

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking public input on proposed and ongoing paperwork reductions aimed at minimizing respondent burden, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Public Law 104-13) and the Federal agencies are encouraged to participate in the public comment process.
