USPTO Updates Guidance on Patent Subject Matter Eligibility

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has released an updated guidance on patent subject matter eligibility, following public comments on its 2014 interim guidance, and is now seeking further public input on the new update, which is available on the USPTO's website.
