DEA Requests OMB Review for Narcotic Treatment Programs Information Collection

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Drug Enforcement Administration, is seeking OMB approval for an extension of a previously approved information collection, DEA Form 363 and Form 363a, related to Narcotic Treatment Programs, without any changes.
