USPTO to Hold Public Hearing on Proposed Patent Fee Schedule

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is required to hold a public hearing about proposed patent fees, as mandated by the America Invents Act (AIA), Section 10, and will make the proposed fees available before the hearing, in accordance with its Section 10 fee setting authority.
