USPTO Law School Clinic Certification Program Certification Completed

The USPTO Law School Clinic Certification Program has been certified by the USPTO Director, following a Public Law enacted on December 16, 2014, which removed the 'pilot' status of the program. The program allows law students to practice patent and trademark law under the supervision of a faculty clinic supervisor.
