FHFA Proposes Rule to Implement Program Fraud Civil Remedies Act of 1986

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is proposing a rule to establish procedures for imposing civil penalties on individuals who make false claims or statements related to FHFA's contracting or employment activities, with penalties capped at $150,000 or less.
