LG Electronics Tianjin Appliance Co., Ltd. and LG Electronics USA Inc. Provisionally Accept Settlement Agreement and Order

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission provisionally accepted a settlement agreement with LG Electronics Tianjin Appliance Co., Ltd. and LG Electronics USA Inc., imposing a $1,825,000 civil penalty that must be paid within 20 days of the final order.
