Toys; Determination Regarding Heavy Elements Limits for Unfinished and Untreated Wood Withdrawn

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is withdrawing its July 17, 2015 rule due to significant adverse comments, and will address these comments in a separate final action based on the July 17, 2015 notice of proposed rulemaking, published in the Federal Register (80 FR 42378).
