Amendment to Clarify Component Part Testing and Lead Content Limits for Textile Products

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is reopening the comment period for its proposed rulemaking on textile products with lead content limits until December 14, 2015, after receiving a request for an extension. The CPSC previously published a direct final rule and notice of proposed rulemaking on October 14, 2015, clarifying component part testing and allowable lead content limits.
