FCC's Office of Engineering and Technology Seeks Comment on Updated OET-69 Software

The FCC's Office of Engineering and Technology is seeking public comment on its new software, TVStudy, which analyzes coverage and interference of digital and Class A television stations, and plans to use it in the proposed broadcast television spectrum incentive auction.
