FCC Announces OMB Approval for Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act Implementation
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to implement the requirements of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012, including the establishment of a Public Safety Answering Point Do-Not-Call Registry, for a period of three years.
