FCC Corrects Error in Competitive Bidding for Commercial Broadcast and Instructional TV Licenses

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has corrected an error in its previous summary of the Implementation of Competitive Bidding for Commercial Broadcast and Instructional Television Fixed Service Licenses, which was published in the Federal Register on September 11, 1998. The correction addresses a requirement that winning bidders in broadcast service auctions must pay an application fee when filing their long form applications.
