Survey of Urban Rates for Fixed Voice and Fixed Broadband Residential Services

The Wireline Competition Bureau and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau have adopted a survey form and content for urban rates of fixed voice and fixed broadband residential services, which the US Commission will use to implement universal service reforms as part of the USF/ICC Transformation Order.
