Limitations on Filing and Processing of Full Power Television Station Modification Applications and Reminder of Spectrum Act Preservation Mandate

The FCC has announced an immediate limitation on the filing and processing of full power and class A television station modification applications, while reminding broadcast stations of their obligation to preserve spectrum under the Spectrum Act, as mandated by the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012.
