Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions-Spring 2013
The Commission publishes a list of major regulatory and deregulatory actions twice a year, in spring and fall, as part of the Unified Agenda, which includes proceedings under the Regulatory Flexibility Act and relevant Code of Federal Regulations citations.
