FCC Clarifies TETRA Equipment Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has clarified the rules for the certification and use of Terrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA) equipment, following a petition from Motorola Solutions, Inc., and reaffirmed that the existing rules reflect the Commission's intent, with no changes to the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
