DOJ Submits Information Collection Request for FFL Enrollment Forms and NICS E-Check Enrollment

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the FBI and the Criminal Justice Information Services Division, is seeking OMB approval for the revision of two forms related to Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) enrollment and National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) e-checks, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
