Wireless Telecommunications Bureau Asks for Public Feedback on Proposal to License 600 MHz Band Using Smaller Geographic Areas

The US Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comments on a proposal by the Competitive Carriers Association to license the 600 MHz Band using smaller geographic areas, known as Partial Economic Areas, which would allow smaller and rural carriers to bid on portions of Economic areas to obtain more efficiently sized spectrum licenses.
