FDA Proposes Sanitary Transportation Requirements for Food

The FDA is proposing regulations for shippers, carriers, and receivers to implement sanitary transportation practices to ensure food safety, as part of its efforts to prevent food safety issues and implement the Sanitary Food Transportation Act of 2005 and the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act of 2011.
