FDA Reopens Notification Period for Nonvoting Industry Representatives

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is reopening the notification period for industry organizations interested in participating in the selection of nonvoting representatives to represent the pharmaceutical manufacturing and pharmacy compounding industries on the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee. The initial deadline for notification was February 12, 2014, but the FDA is now extending the period for two weeks to allow additional industry organizations to express interest.
