FDA Releases Small Entity Compliance Guide for Gluten-Free Labeling of Foods

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a guidance document, titled 'Gluten-Free Labeling of Foods--Small Entity Compliance Guide,' to assist small businesses in complying with a 2013 regulation requiring plain language labeling of gluten-free foods.
