FDA Updates System of Records Notices to Comply with Privacy Act of 1974

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is updating its system of records notices (SORNs) to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, adding routine uses for standard disclosures to other government agencies and contractors, while deleting four systems no longer in use. These changes will require all recipients to comply with the Privacy Act requirements.
