FDA Announces Fee Rates for Reinspections Under FSMA and FD&C Act for Fiscal Year 2015

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced fee rates for domestic and foreign facility reinspections, recall failures, and importer reinspections for fiscal year 2015, which are tied to the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). The fees, effective October 1, 2014, will remain in effect through September 30, 2015.
