FDA to Host Public Meeting on Patient-Focused Drug Development for Chagas Disease

The FDA is hosting a public meeting to gather patients' perspectives on Chagas disease and its treatment, as part of its performance commitments under the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA V). The meeting will also discuss scientific challenges in developing effective treatments for the disease.
