Electronic Distribution of Prescribing Information for Human Prescription Drugs, Including Biological Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is proposing to require electronic distribution of prescribing information for human prescription drugs and biological products, aiming to ensure timely access to the most current information for safe and effective use. The proposed regulation would eliminate paper distribution of prescribing information with the package, except as specified.
