Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Safety Zone for Ohio River Event

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a temporary safety zone along the Ohio River, from mile 449.0 to 451.5, to protect people and property from potential hazards during the New Richmond Bicentennial Big Bash, a pumpkin-tossing event using trebuchets.
