Coast Guard to Enforce Special Local Regulations for July 4th Fireworks

The Coast Guard will enforce special local regulations for the Patriots Point Fireworks and City of North Charleston Fireworks on July 4, 2014, from 8:15 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. to ensure safety on navigable US waters during the Fourth of July displays.
