USCIS to Submit Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Clearance

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will submit a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance of information collection activities related to the classification of an orphan as an immediate relative, advance processing of an orphan petition, and revisions to currently approved collections, following a previously published public comment period.
